Noreaga - Interview

Nore
Nick P Humblequest.tv He was the first to give the neptunes thier first promotion as producers. In return, Neptunes a.k.a N.E.R.D where the first to Give Nore his first hit single as solo artist. They also opened up exposure for such artist such as Ludacris, Lox, Beenie Man and the list goes.As far the interviews with the Reggaeton's new superstar and one of Puerto Rico breakthrough artist,I just happened to fulfill this interview with memorable information from this interview. We're at the house of Blues Hotel and we got the Nas and Jay-z beef in full efffect.Just to the point that NORE receives a call from one of his associates about the world premier of 'Ether ( Nas) and SuperUgly( Jay-z) on Hot 97. He immediately request that the hotel room get Hot97 transmitted to his room where he was staying. He also mentions to me not to put this part of the session in the article. I knowwhy, but that was then and in fact,it makes this article a little more interesting. After hearing both songs,NORE turns and ask me,which of the two did i think was better.I was actually shocked, becuase i didn't expect this especially froma major artist? I said,i didn't know.. It was only due to the fact, i would have had to listen to them at least 2-3 more times before i could decide.NORE even called into Hot97 and spoke with Angie Martinez about the premier. Now that i think about it,niggaz was saying that NAS had him and i really do feel the same. I think that they both hit hard, but that "Ether beat' is untouched. Hey,after about 10 minutes of reserving the classic moment,we conducted the interview. We were sitting here with Akinelye who at the time was conjuring up a deal with Thugged Out-Militainment records to release a new album.I thought immeditely about asking NORE,to give me his definition of the word thug in his eyes, but i formulated that would be wack so i came up with a statement to mention it to Nore and i said that T.H.U.G.'s intials stood for,True Harmony Under God.As a i gathered up a few more questions to ask, Nore responded with ' You ain't really got to say that Shit'and he said a few more things about it,but it wasn't the focus of this interview,so we moved on. > > > >Who would ever thought that These days 'Oye mi Canto' would end up being a single for NORE.Whoever thought that when i asked NORE who was his influences,he would have mentioned Akineyle either-"One of the first doing it from the Hood".Gave me encouargement,Gave me hope".Its not far fetched because both are from Queens and AK was a doing his thing with songs The Bomb---Back to Grill--- and the all time classic" Put it in your Mouth".Overall,I think NORE has had some major publicity in this game without ever getting the true support he deserves. Nas constantly mentioned Noreaga in his songs back in the days and even JAY-Z mentions that' when at the club, he was trying to hear B.I.G and some cuts from NORE. No strange coincidence, because it just so happens that NORE is signed to Roc-a-fella's label with a plan to release 1 Fan a Day' formally renamed from NoreMiracle. No telling how the label plans to work out the release with Victor Santiago, but we can definitely expect some shit to dance to at the club. > >When i asked NORE what artist would he like to work with?He mentions NAS,JAY-Z,DMX,CAPONE,MAZE & MOUSALINY........................as his top artist to connect with at that time. For a minute ,i had to think of the next question, but then it hit me, Lets see what Nore thinks about his own music and i asked NORE's Top 5 classics at the time (2002).Im sure it may change a little now that he's made a gang of songs and his partner Capone has been out for a while. > >Banned from TV > >Super Thug > >Grimy > >Gon Live my Life' > >I Love my Life' > >Hearing updated interviews on the radio gave me some clarity that NORE is enjoying his status in the Reggaeton world and appearing with other reggaeton artist such as Tego Calderon and Daddy Yankee made me figure that this artist is finally landing home with fans that embrace him and want to get NORE into place with his style of music.Me on theother hand, was a little upset that i actually missed the signing party for NORE to ROC-A-FELLA.
